NOTICE: 

Lab kits must be purchased via Google Forms before picking up.

All Lab Kits must be purchased via the PayPal link in the form or in person with cash. If you want to use your card without a PayPal account, you may click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" by using the link in the form. 

If you are purchasing with cash, you do not have to fill out a form. 

 The Lab kits will be available for pickup from 11am-2pm on the second week of school starting Tuesday, January 20th. Lab kits will be continued to be distributed from the laboratory for another week after, ending on Friday, January 30th
